TeeJay doesn’t always, but this year she’s making a commitment to do just that.
In this episode TeeJay looks at some of the ways she and you can give yourself time for yourself.
Her long list includes
enjoying the gym,
taking a stroll in nature,
time with family and friends,
time for writing (could that be the sound of a new book!?)
reading and or listening to audiobooks,
podcasts (listening to and creating)
And yes that is a lot, but don’t worry or feel overwhelmed TeeJay will give you the tools to make sure you can achieve the time you need for yourself.
