Can you do a handstand? TeeJay (aged 55) can. She can also do cartwheels.
Her next door neighbour is less good at doing a handstand but during an afternoon of lockdown sunshine he decided to give it a go.
And he’s now set himself a challenge to be better at handstands by the end of lockdown.
