Today TeeJay is looking at the fourth and final pillar of resilience – that bounce back-abilty factor which she’s been examining over the past few weeks.

And the last piece of the jigsaw puzzle is how to manage your emotions, being in control of how you feel and maybe even choosing how you feel – really!!!

How we feel on an hour to hour basis determines the quality of our lives and our levels of fulfilment.

Throughout this episode TeeJay will explain how you can take power and control over your feelings, identify the gifts some of the so-called negative emotions can bring you and build your resilience.
